Yidong Dongxing Emulsion PVC Resin PB1302 for High-Performance Coatings
Characteristic:
1. Low VOC and APEO free can improve the compatibility between pigments and lotion, and help to improve the floating color and blooming phenomenon in emulsion paint. Used for spraying coatings, which can quickly wet the substrate.
2. It is an environmentally friendly emulsion type instead of alkylphenol, with large adsorption area. It has strong ability to reduce surface tension, especially dynamic surface tension, which can quickly wet the substrate and provide good bonding effect.
3. Replace alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether containing 6-8eo.
Application:
1. Wetting agent for industrial application: 1-5g.
2. Wetting agent and dispersant for fillers and pigments in coatings and paints: the recommended dosage is 0.5-1.0%.
3. Emulsifier for oil in water lotion such as oil, fat, silicone oil and polyethylene wax: the recommended dosage is 5-10%.
4. The recommended dosage of emulsifier in lotion polymerization is 1-2% of monomer
