The epoxy silk screen printing ink has uniform and bright ink layer, good pigment dispersion, uniform fineness, good screen passing property and leveling property, excellent adhesion to polar substrate after curing, and high hardness, luster, good water resistance, weather resistance and chemical resistance of the film.

五、Thermosetting ink

Thermosetting ink, also known as plastic melt ink, plastic ink, resin ink, etc., is mainly composed of plasticizer and resin, with additives and pigments. Because it can only be cured by heating, it does not block the screen during printing, and can be continuously printed with wet jacket, which greatly improves the production efficiency.

Thermosetting ink is a new generation of textile printing ink. Because of its many advantages, it has largely replaced the traditional printing materials abroad.
